Your consent can be withdrawn at any time. You understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from us, and your consent to receive messages and notifications is not a requirement to use our Website or any of our services. You can cancel this service and revoke your consent at any time. Just text STOP to cancel or HELP for help in reply to any text message that you receive from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending messages and notifications to you again.

You agree not to hold us, our service providers, and all carriers liable for any charges and agree that we, our service providers, and all carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to indemnify us, our service providers, and all carriers for any privacy, tort, or other claims, including claims under the United States Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act or state law equivalents. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from and against any and all such claims, losses, liability, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees).
We require that users of this Service be limited to US residents in markets where we operate.
